Found via Make online, a bike named "Precious" (lame) has a horde of sensors to track its ride across America (benefitting Livestrong). If you visit Precious' website, you can see exactly where in the US he/she(?) is, along with elevation, grade, speed, and a bunch of other stats. The bike even takes the data gathered from the sensors and posts Twitter messages about how it's "feeling." Personally, I don't even like to ride with a cyclometer or GPS (too much distraction from what's happening around me), but the idea and website are pretty clever. Check it:
